Summary of Reports

A summary of reports in the year 2006 are available here:

Since publishing the Elsenham report, RSSB has learned that one of the two girls killed was not a regular user of the miniature warning light equipped pedestrian level crossing at Elsenham railway station and therefore considers that the report should be read on this basis. The report was compiled on the basis of the evidence set before it. However this new information does not affect the validity of the reports' recommendations to improve level crossing safety.
