Rail Safety and Standards Board (RSSB) has issued the final report following the investigation into the fatal derailment at Potters Bar on Friday 10 May 2002 in which six passengers on the train died and others sustained major injuries. A pedestrian also died as a result of debris falling from the underbridge on to the road below.
