The Safety Legislation Update has been compiled by the Rail Safety
and Standards Board following consideration by the Railway Group Safety
Legislation
Committee. Its aim is to identify emerging health and safety legislation
which may affect the members of the Railway Group. The Update is not
a
definitive list of legislation and only represents the knowledge available
at the time of going to print. It is the intention to update the Index
quarterly. No representations are made as to the accuracy and completeness
of the information provided.
