Systems Interface CommitteesContact – Bridget Eickhoff; Stakeholder Support Manager - Nagina Webb John Hawkins of First Group PLC is the Chair of the Vehicle / Vehicle System Interface Committee (V/V SIC). The V/V SIC meets monthly and has been active since December 2004. The remit for the V/V SIC includes creating a whole life environmental and energy consumption vision and engaging effectively with EU research through developing a holistic UK perspective. This ambition will be realised through the development of the Whole Life Cost Model (WLCM) which will allow the evaluation of total system costs, so that system optimisation can be achieved.
