Health and Wellbeing Assessment Resource

The Health and Wellbeing Assessment (HWA) Resource is a package designed to raise line manager awareness about health and wellbeing assessment. The suggested way to deliver this is through either a 2.5 hour workshop or two 45 minute briefing sessions.

The workshop and briefing sessions are supported by filmed presentations and three short and easy to use booklets. The first two booklets provide further detail on the main subject areas. Booklet 3 outlines the session plans and it is advised that this booklet is read prior to using the resource.

However, the additional materials supplied also create the option for an organisation to tailor their own bespoke course.

Workshop session

Use the filmed workshop presentation as part of the 2.5 hour workshop (timings include stopping points for interactive sessions and breaks). 

All videos are hosted on YouTube. Transcripts for each are available on the RSSB YouTube site.


Briefing sessions

If you do not have enough time to hold a workshop the briefing sessions allow you to hold two 45 minute sessions to get the health and wellbeing message across.
