Inclusion and Development Opportunities

If you are struggling with work or currently off work, these resources may help you explore development opportunities or find resources that can make work more accessible. Learning new things also helps us build self-esteem. Something as small as signing up for a course or learning a new skill, whether it be inside or outside of work, can support good mental wellbeing.

Access to Work

You can access help if you have a disability or a health condition that impacts on your ability to do your job. Access to Work is a Government Scheme that can offer a range of support based on your needs. This may include a grant to help cover the costs of practical support in the workplace or getting to and from work.
