Course overview

The ‘Thriving at Work’ review commissioned by the government identified that developing mental health awareness of employees was a ‘mental health core standard’.

The review concluded that with the right training and knowledge employees have the ability to take care of themselves and those around them. This then has positive implications on productivity and performance through potential reductions in absence, decreased staff turnover and less ‘presenteeism’.

This course has been carefully developed by chartered psychologists and leading mental health experts from the rail industry.
