The Office of Rail and Road (ORR) has received over 200 responses to their online survey into RSSB's strategy and future direction. The consultation is now closed. Two industry workshops have also been held to obtain more detailed views from our stakeholders. RSSB will make its own response to the review later this month ahead of OR

RSSB Interim Managing Director, Mark Phillips said, I'd like to thank everyone who took the time to be part of this review and who has provided input to the consultation into RSSB's governance and functions. It is pleasing to see that so many people and organisations across the sector are keen to have their say on the work that we do to support our members and the industry as a whole.

The ORR's review of RSSB began in June and is taking place in two phases. The first examining the delivery of recommendations made at the time of the ORR's previous review (in 2010), and the second looking at the RSSB's strategy and future direction. The first phase has now concluded, the second phase is expected to finish later this year with the publication of a final report.
