Risk and Safety Intelligence Update - Period 3 2025-2026

In Period 3, we presented at both the European Safety and Reliability Conference and the bowtie user group hosted by the Civil Aviation Authority. We met with senior safety and engineering colleagues from Transport for London (TfL). We presented Safe Insights to the Department for Transport (DfT) and met the ORR to discuss our Taking Safe Decisions e-learning course. Finally, we presented results from our ultra-local derailment risk model to the industry group that is assessing options for fitting devices that can guide a derailed train.
