Risk and Safety Intelligence Update - Period 4 2025-2026

In Period 4, we published the 2024/25 Annual Health and Safety Report, launched our Taking Safe Decisions e-learning course, and released an enhanced version of the Red Aspect Approaches to Signals toolkit. These outputs were featured at RSSB’s Annual Ops, Risk and Safety Conference on 10 July, which was attended by more than 200 delegates from across RSSB member organisations. We also published updated guidance on safety-related cost-benefit analysis (CBA) and launched our new safety CBA tool. Finally, an RSI analyst presented at the UK Rail Fire Forum on 25 June.
