Yellow Rail have worked extremely hard on this and embraced the high standards intended to be met under the scheme.

We had two auditors, and I wanted to raise with you their conduct specifically, because I believe it’s important you hear it. Both these guys are a credit to your organisation, have deep and broad knowledge and have a truly excellent approach to auditing which I have rarely seen replicated elsewhere. Auditing is necessary and I have never avoided it, although sometimes it can be an uncomfortable experience. Much of that depends on the audit team. Criterion needs to be met; standards need to be achieved but within that is nuance and context. I have had both good and bad auditors, so I know the difference. Yours are strict and fair.
