Derailment of a Class 37 locomotive at Norwood on 6 March 1995 (RR-DYN-95-089)

A Class 37 locomotive became derailed during a light engine move with a second Class 37 at Norwood on 6th March 1995. The cause of derailment was track twist. This was a result of poor static track condition and voids under several sleepers.
