Demonstration of simulation potentials in railway vehicle system dynamics through selected examples

Last updated on 26 October 2012 1:43
Future railway designs will include unconventional components as independently suspended wheels, driven, steered as well as slip-controlled. Mechatronic components for the application of for instance car body tilting techniques in order to negotiate curved tracks with high velocities up to 250 km/h impose new demands on system analysis and design.
