Development of a method to pinpoint trackside sites that are subject to strong winds

To ensure the safety of train operation control against strong winds, it is important to install anemometers for operation control in locations where wind velocity frequently exceeds critical wind velocity for overturning. To that end, it is necessary to extract the wind conditions at trackside areas for optimal anemometer arrangements.
