ERTMS/ETCS level 2 high speed / high capacity lines feedback on RAMS and performance parameters: experience after two years of commercial service in Italy and features of the new HS/HC Italian lines

The article has been developed on the base of some lessons-learned by RFI, after two years from the implementation of ERTMS/ETCS Level 2 on the Rome-Naples and Turin-Novara high speed/high capacity lines. The implementation of ERTMS/ETCS Level 2 allowed getting interesting performances of ERTMS on a commercial point of view.
