Masonry structures project : pressure distribution in the arch fill material (IM-CES-055)

The study of masonry arch resistance requires a knowledge of Che pressure distribution on the arch extrados due to a load applied at the loading surface. The aim of this program is to predict the increase in pressure at any point in the fill, as a load is applied.
