Report on the derailment of a 100 ton tanker wagon at York (TR-MF-016)

As a result of the derailment of a 100 ton tanker wagon, while passing over points at York station a small piece of switch blade, recovered from between the stock rail and switch blade from which the derailment originated, was submitted to the laboratory for examination.
