Concrete sleeper performance - deterioration of different batches at a 'trouble spot ' at Gailey (staffs) (TM-CES-107)

In 1982, the Research Division was advised that Pandrol shoulders in a number of concrete sleepers In the down line at Galley (Wolverhampton-Stafford line) were loose, and that resin repairs were to be attempted. The author was Invited to witness the repair procedure and to observe the subsequent performance.
