Notes on the re-opening of the Wincobank relaying item to normal traffic (IM-TD-051)

This note describes the measures taken in the final possession on 20-21 August to re-open the Sheffield-Rotherham line to normal traffic. Re-ballasting work is described in 3 previous site note reports. Conclusions over the whole job are also presented here.
