Dimming fluorescent lamps (IM-ES-085)

The use of passenger saloon coaches for overnight services, with reclining seats, is being offered as an alternative to sleeping car travel. It is then necessary to reduce lighting levels and TTAG requested advice on retrofitting some form of dimming system.
