A strip report of trailer hydrokinetic brake serial no. A59M which was removed from service on 19 October 1981 after 8746 miles (IM-PBS-005)

Hydrokinetic Brake Serial No. A59M was removed from axle 7 of APT-P TR7 on 19 Oct 81. It had completed 8746 miles since being fitted on 10 July 81. It was reported on 5 Oct 81 that a steady drip of brake fluid was leaking from the brake.
