An investigation into the performance of spray dried batch 116 beta alumina ceramic in the sodium sulphur cell (IM-EC-029)

Batch 116 was made as a standard production lot and spray dried on the 21 February 1980. Eight standard fractions were collected and test fired. Following the successful test firing of the fractions they were used for normal production purposes: a mixture of BR16 and BR30 size tubes being made.
