Quick - split solvent emulsion cleaners (IM-DON-010)

With a view to improving the effect of hydrocarbon solvent cleaners on effluent, several manufacturers have devised "Quick - Split" formulations which do not form stable emulsions. Some of these were examined. None were very effective.
