A brief theoretical investigation into the limits of two pantograph operation (IM-DA-306)

The British Rail/Brecknell, Willis 'Highspeed' pantograph is currently undergoing service evaluation on a Class 86 locomotive. There is a possibility that the experiment will shortly be extended to having a second locomotive fitted with the new pantograph, and that tests may be carried out with the two locomotives in multiple.
