A justification for a one pass lab 25 test to measure track strength (IM-SM-023)

It appears possible to carry out single pass test and separate 'weak' and 'strong' track using measuring apparatus which can discriminate to 0.5 mm. However to capitise fully on this simplefeed test it will be necessary to develop a rapid or automatic system of measuring track displacements.
