This note describes the collection and delivery work programmes observed during visits to the Freightliner terminal at Beeston on Tuesday and Wednesday, 4/5 October 1977. This study forms part of the preliminary systems analysis in connection with the computer-based scheduling project being conducted in association with Freightliners Ltd.
