Twin block sleeper tests for C.I.E. (TR-TS-009)

This report was commissioned by Coras Iompair Eireann (C.I.E.), Pearce Station, Westland Row, DUBLIN. Two concrete twin block sleepers were supplied by C.I.E. together with a sequence of static and dynamic loading test requirements. Details of these requirements, and the results obtained are given.
