Production of sulphur electrodes by injection moulding (TM-EC-020)

Last updated on 12 July 2013 2:33
The usual method for making sulphur electrodes involves soaking the carbon felt in a bath of molten sulphur followed by shaping under pressure in a mould to form a semi-cylinder. After cooling, the piece is removed and trimmed to the required size, two such pieces constituting a complete sulphur electrode.
