A proposal for a new type of resilient wheel (IM-LV-003)

The main purpose of a resilient wheel is to reduce dynamic forces exerted on the track; secondary benefits are a reduction of forces transmitted to the vehicle suspension and possibly some acoustic improvements. Dynamic forces are of two types and require different solutions in terms of the resilient wheel.
