Terminals assessment - passenger terminals (IM-TAG-002)

Passenger terminals provide the interface between train services and the travelling public, and as such they are a fundamental part of the passenger business. The cost of running passenger terminals is high, in the order of £100 million in 1974, and more than 5% of these costs are labour.
