Some notes on the congress 'high speed travelling and the permanent way - today & tomorrow' (IM-T-004)

This memorandum presents a brief account of the proceedings of a Permanent Way Congress organised by the Austrian Transport Research Association, in Vienna, 13-15th November, 1974, and also describes a demonstration of new equipment organised by Plasser & Theurer.
