High speed running over short span bridges calculation of unloading (TM-TS-007)

For some time the CCE's Office, BRB have been investigating the effects upon bridges of the introduction of high speed trains such as the APT. The object of these investigations has been to establish whether any problem areas exist in the form of particular combinations of load, speed and span.
