VHF/UHF radio survey - phase 1 10th - 14th July 1972 (IM-AUTO-004)

1) V.H.F. propagation gave better reception than 0.H.F., the possible reasons are :- a) Area illumination - Transmitter antenna height. b) The V.H.F. characteristic of attenuation/unit distance is better than that of U.H.F. c) Increased transmitter power. 2) Effect of electrical interference is less on U.H.F.
