Program specification: 'off-line' level exceedence counting for Redcor RC 785 computer (IM-DA-182)

The purpose of this program will be to perform Level Exceedence counting of logged data. Control of the program will be by a conversational system employing the 'on-line' Teletype and output will be in numeric form either on the Teletype or to paper tape.
