Damping characteristics of polyurethane elastomers (IM-POLY-003)
Last updated on 29 August 2013 3:54
This work arose out of a requirement for a damping material for use in the pantograph head which is being developed for high speed running. The proposed damping application is designed to eliminate small amplitude, vertical, high frequency ripples of 5 to 100Hz, with a system of low unsprung mass.
