Instrumentation for deflection measurements on colwick viaduct (IM-IS-082)

This work was carried out for the Track and Structures Section to ascertain the order of deflections occurring prior to further investigation of individual parts of the viaduct. The section of viaduct tested was of single span cast iron in 5 sections, referred to as arches in the text.
