Development of the computerized system for the realization of concurrent engineering at design and manufacturing process of rolling stock

As we announced at the last WCRR session, East Japan Railway Company (JR East) established NIITSU ROLLING STOCK MFG. FACTORY for the improvement of Life Cycle Control of Rolling Stock involving operation and maintenance, through producing approx. 200 Electric Cars a year by ourselves which is used in our company.
