Investigation on comfort perception: psycholinguistic analyses of specific surveys

The customer feeling of the ambiance of a train is depending on sensorial stimuli but also on the context, on his memory and on the meanings he has in mind. SNCF is developing in cooperation with psycholinguists of CNRS a specific approach to better understand what makes a train comfortable.
