An industrial prototype of speech recognition information retrieval system over the telephone

Among multiple channels to deliver information to customers, SNCF use an Interactive Voice Response System over the telephone: 'Ligne-Vocale'. This system delivers information about timetables and now about train delays. Users express their request pressing the telephone keys (DTMF keys). Station names selection, by this way, is not always easy.
