The pop-train brake system (IM-PS-155)

This document describes the POP train friction brake system from the initial design stages through to track testing. The system incorporates many novel features including the use of air/hydraulic intensifies and axlebox mounted, composition tread brakes. The system has full wheelslide protection and interfaces directly with standard air braked stock.
