4 minute headways for loco-hauled trains through temporary speed restrictions (IM-SYS-070)

The methods and data of IMSYS56 are applied to loco-hauled trains with 4 minute headways. No cumulative delays are found; indeed there is some margin for recovery if one of the headways in a succession of trains reduces below 4 minutes.
