Damper flow rig modification (IM-HSFV-022)

Further adaptors were necessary in order to test piston valves and base valves for APT, and the opportunity was taken to modify the rig to enable the different components to be tested without the need to remove and replace several connections, bolts etc, to change from one adaptor to another.
