Outline proposals for track dynamics investigations (IM-DA-088)

It has recently been felt that the information at present available on track dynamic characteristics, in so far as they affect the vertical response of a vehicle and hence its vertical design, is not sufficiently well determined. This memorandum discusses in outline possible approaches to obtain the required information.
