Proposed laboratory tests on wheel slide (IM-PS-067)

This proposal covers the construction of a wheel slide rig on the low speed shaft of the brake dynamometer, and the testing of five wheels on the rig. The proposed rig and the experiments are described in IMPS67A, 'Proposed Laboratory Tests on Wheel Slide', to which reference should be made.
