The configuration for prototype APT (IM-SYS-015)

Discussions with the Passenger Executive have resulted in a preferred prototype layout. The prototype will be engineered for 155 mile/h capability but introduced into service at 125 mile/h with adequate power to balance on the level at 130 mile/h.
