Damper characteristic test machine (IM-HSFV-010)

The damper characteristic test machine was designed and built some years ago, primarily, to facilitate the development of hydraulic dampers. Since then the machine itself has been developed and extensively modified. The purpose of this memorandum is to describe its present layout and instrumentation.
