Flow requirements of hydrokinetic brake (IM-DT-017)

In Technical Note BAl, the condition for fluid flow required through the hydrokinetic brake was specified subject to the requirement that the fluid should not boil in the brake. The condition was restricted only to the start of braking when the fluid entering the brake is nearly at ambient temperature.
