Secondary vertical suspension - self levelling system (IM-SUS-089)

The vertical suspension system defined by A.J. Bing in IMSUS76 and 77 has a low stiffness and the consequent large variation in static height between tare and laden conditions necessitates an active self levelling system. This report specifies such a system and suggests a suitable arrangement.
