Measured vertical response of HSFV3 to design case discrete irregularities (IM-DA-010)

The response of freight vehicle HSFV3 (2) to dipped rail joints introduced into Research Dept test track at Etwall has been measured using U.V. recording equipment and counting accelerometers. The results of these tests, at speeds up to 45 mph, are contained in this memorandum.
