Loading specification for resilient wheels of the APT trailer wheel set (IM-SUS-046)

IMSUS 36 gives the peak dynamic inertia forces at the wheel/rail contact for various track irregularities. In this memorandum this information is condensed and combined with quasi-static effects in order to specify design load cases for the resilient wheel.
